MumMe Time for me is a safe, welcoming and supportive space to go and reclaim sanity, self and body. I feel confident my 4 month old is in good care whenever he’s in the Kid’s Club but have also loved the Mums and Bubs class where we can both move and play together! It’s very hard to choose favourites, but I really enjoy Muscle Mummy, Chill Mama and Yummy Mummy. The classes are fun and varied, everytime has been different but exactly what I needed. A beautiful sanctuary and community, Amelia and the Team make you feel part of the family.

Every week, we offer four dedicated mums groups designed to provide support and connection for mothers at various stages of their journey.
Our group for new mums is a welcoming space where you can share experiences and gain valuable insights from others navigating the early days of motherhood.
Our coffee catchup is the perfect opportunity for those looking to unwind and socialise with fellow mums over a warm cup of coffee.
We also prioritise mental well-being with our mental health support group, offering a safe environment to discuss challenges and find encouragement.
Lastly, our pregnancy support group is tailored for expectant mothers, providing guidance and camaraderie as you prepare for the arrival of your little one.

Massage Therapy
We are thrilled to offer the services of our onsite massage therapist, Samantha from Ajna Relaxation Centre, who specialises in a range of treatments, including pregnancy massage. To enhance your relaxation experience, you can take advantage of our childcare options, ensuring your little ones are well cared for while you unwind. This combination of services is designed to elevate your visit, providing a serene and rejuvenating experience for all.

Open Play
We are delighted to offer at least one open play session every day in our vibrant children's area, where children can explore and play under the supervision of a parent or caregiver. These sessions provide an excellent opportunity for children to become familiar with the space, fostering a sense of comfort and belonging. Additionally, it is a wonderful chance for families to interact and build connections with one another, creating a supportive community environment.
